Antonio Isasi-Isasmendi
Master of Spanish cinema, Antonio Isasi-Isasmendi was born in 1927 in Madrid, Spain. He was actively creating films from the 1950s through to the late 1990s, primarily in the action and adventure genres, with his most notable works being "They Came to Rob Las Vegas" and "The Dog." Although he did not garner many awards at major film festivals, his unique storytelling style and dynamic direction were widely recognized and celebrated in the Spanish film industry. Despite the thrills and action his films provide, at heart, Isasi-Isasmendi was a true romantic, capturing the essence of human emotion and interaction amidst the excitement of his plots.
