Assaf Ben Shetrit

Assaf Ben Shetrit, a trailblazing voice in contemporary cinema, was born in 1978 in Haifa, Israel. Since beginning his active filmmaking career in 2001, he has shown a proclivity towards drama and romance genres, with his most notable works including "Beatbox" and "Love Iranian - American Style". Unfortunately, despite his compelling storytelling and evocative visuals, Ben Shetrit hasn't yet been recognized with major festival awards. With his uncanny ability to blend personal narratives and societal commentary, Shetrit has carved a niche for himself in the global cinema landscape.
