David Mrnka

A master storyteller from Central Europe, David Mrnka was born in 1978 in Prague, Czechoslovakia. Mrnka began his active career in the early 2000s and is known for his work in drama and biopic genres, with "A Prominent Patient" (2016) and "Milada" (2017) among his most celebrated films. Although he has not yet snagged any awards at major film festivals, Mrnka's authorial style is characterized by his ability to weave historical events into deeply personal narratives.
