The master of visual storytelling, Don Cook was born in 1945 in London, England and actively contributed to the film industry from 1973 to 2006. Cook was predominantly involved in the documentary genre, with his most renowned works being "The Filth and the Fury" and "The Great Rock 'n' Roll Swindle" which earned him a BAFTA nomination for Best Documentary.
