Estevan Oriol

A master of urban storytelling, Estevan Oriol was born in 1962 in Santa Monica, California, USA, and has been actively contributing to the film industry since the early 2000s. He is best known for his work in the documentary genre with his most famous films being "LA Woman" and "LA Originals", the latter of which earned him international acclaim. Unfortunately, despite his unique ability to capture the raw essence of street culture, he has yet to secure any awards at major film festivals. Estevan Oriol, with his unflinching lens and profound respect for the subjects he captures, has beautifully documented a side of Los Angeles that is often overlooked and misunderstood.
