František Čáp

A master of the silver screen, František Čáp was born in 1913 in Zliv, Czechoslovakia (now the Czech Republic), and made his mark on the world of cinema during his active years from the 1930s to the 1970s. Although he worked across a range of genres, he is best known for his drama and family films, including the critically acclaimed "Vesna" and "Tři vejce do skla", both of which have enjoyed lasting popularity.
