Jong-ho Huh
Acclaimed South Korean filmmaker Jong-ho Huh was born in 1971 in Daegu, South Korea. Known for his work primarily in the horror and thriller genres, Huh began his active directing career in 2002, with his most notable films including "The Mimic" (2017) and "Countdown" (2011). Although he has not yet gained recognition at major film festivals, his unique ability to intertwine suspense with social commentary has been applauded by critics. Jong-ho Huh's ability to make his audience shiver in fear while simultaneously making them think deeply about societal issues is a testament to his skill as a director.
