Koji Yoshikawa

A master of Japanese cinema, Koji Yoshikawa was born in 1931 in Tokyo, Japan. His most active years as a director were from the late 1950s to the 1980s, during which he primarily focused on drama and action genres, with his most famous film being the hit "The Wolves" which gave him immense recognition. Unfortunately, Yoshikawa didn't bag any awards at major film festivals, but his films were notable for their detailed storytelling and deep exploration of human emotion.
