Malik Bendjelloul

Swedish storyteller, Malik Bendjelloul, born in 1977 in Ystad, Sweden, etched his name in the annals of documentary film-making during his active years from 2012 to 2014. Specializing in music documentaries, he is most famously remembered for his directorial debut, "Searching for Sugar Man", which won an Academy Award for Best Documentary in 2013.
