Moses

A master of the lens and a connoisseur of cultural commentary, Director Moses was born in 1960 in Lagos, Nigeria. He was an active filmmaker from 1985 to 2015, mainly focusing on drama and documentaries, with his most famous films including "Echoes of the Past" and "In the Heart of the City", the latter of which garnered him a prestigious award at the African Movie Academy Awards. Known for his keen eye for social issues and the raw, unfiltered portrayal of life in his home country, Moses' work often embodied an unapologetically authentic Nigerian perspective.
