His forte lies in the genres of drama and documentary, with his most acclaimed works being "Samsara" and "Ayurveda: Art of Being", both of which have received international acclaim and numerous awards, including the Audience Award for the Best Feature at the 2001 Melbourne International Film Festival for "Samsara". Nalin's authorial style is notable for its spiritual and philosophical undertones, deeply rooted in his Indian upbringing, and his ability to beautifully capture the human condition through a unique, culturally-rich lens.
