Celebrated Greek auteur, Pantelis Voulgaris, was born in Athens, Greece on December 31, 1940 and has been active as a film director since 1965. Known primarily for his work in drama, Voulgaris has brought to life such critically acclaimed films as "The Striker with Number 9," "Deep Soul," and "Little England," the latter of which won the Hellenic Film Academy Award for Best Film in 2014.
