Rama Rau

Acclaimed Canadian filmmaker, Rama Rau was born in 1978 in India, before migrating to Canada. Active since the early 2000s, Rau's distinguished career in documentary and narrative cinema includes notable works such as "League of Exotique Dancers" and "The Daughter Tree," the latter winning the Best Canadian Feature Documentary Award at Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival.
