Rolie Nikiwe

Renowned South African film director, Rolie Nikiwe, was born in 1975 in Soweto, South Africa. His active years in the film industry span from the early 2000s till date, during which time he has made significant contributions to the drama and crime genres, with his most famous films including "Intersexions" and "Inside Story". Despite not having claimed any awards at major film festivals, Nikiwe's deeply emotional and authentic storytelling has won him the SAFTA Golden Horn award for Best Director in a TV Drama.
