Shane Zalvin

A master of the surreal and the macabre, Shane Zalvin was born in 1974 in Los Angeles, United States. His active years span from the late 90s till the present, with a rich oeuvre mainly in the genres of horror and psychological thriller, including his most famous films like "Beneath the Surface" and "The Labyrinth", the latter of which won him the Best Director award at the Sitges Film Festival. Zalvin's authorial style is characterized by the distinctive blending of surreal elements with psychological horror, creating an unnerving cinematic experience that leaves audiences both terrified and mesmerized.
