Shintarô Inokawa

A master of visual storytelling hailing from Japan, Shintarô Inokawa was born in 1942 in Tokyo, Japan. Inokawa was active from the late 60s to 90s, primarily specializing in the crime and drama genres, with his most notable works including "The Wolves" and "The Execution Game" which have made a significant impact in Japanese cinema. Although Inokawa never won any major international awards, his films are celebrated for their intense narratives and unique approach in portraying the Japanese underworld.
