Soo-Chul Park

A beacon of South Korean cinema, Soo-Chul Park was born in 1943 in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Active predominantly from the 1970s to the 1990s, he largely contributed to the genres of drama and action, with his most distinguished works including "Iodo" and "The Divine Bow", the latter earning him a Silver Bear at the 1979 Berlin Film Festival.
