Tao Hai, a visionary from the East. Born in 1962 in Guangdong, China, Tao Hai's career blossomed during the transformative years of 1985 to 2011, primarily exploring the genres of drama and romance. His most acclaimed works include "The Pigeon Cage", and "The Sun Also Rises", both of which did not claim any major film festival awards, but were recognized for their poignant storytelling and unique cinematic style.
