Thordur Palsson

An embodiment of Icelandic cinema, Thordur Palsson was born in the year 1948 in Reykjavik, Iceland. His active years span from 1978 onwards, with his films mainly falling under the category of drama, including his most acclaimed work, "Land and Sons", for which he received the Jury Prize at the Moscow International Film Festival in 1980.
