Renowned for his distinct storytelling and character development, Tsuneo Kobayashi was born in 1946 in Tokyo, Japan. He was active in the film industry from 1979 until his death in 2015, where he particularly excelled in animation and drama genres, with his most famous works including "The Twelve Kingdoms", "Emma: A Victorian Romance", and "The Last: Naruto the Movie".
