Active since 1997, Sasanatieng’s main genres encompass romantic drama, fantasy, and action, with his most famous films including the critically acclaimed "Tears of the Black Tiger" and "Citizen Dog", both of which showcase his penchant for vivid colour palettes and stylized storytelling. While his work has been celebrated at various international film festivals, it's his unique authorial style that has truly marked him as a pioneer of the New Thai Cinema movement.
