Yang Xiao

Celebrated as one of the noteworthy directors in Chinese cinema, Yang Xiao was born in 1971, in Beijing, China. He made his mark in the film industry from 2002 onwards, primarily focusing on the genres of drama and romance with his acclaimed films including "So Young" and "The Crossing", the former of which won him a Golden Rooster Award for Best Director.
