Yoon Jong-bin
Master of taut, gripping storytelling, Yoon Jong-bin was born in 1979 in Yongin, South Korea and has been actively directing films since 2003. Known for his intense thrillers and dramas, some of his most notable works include "The Unforgiven" (2005), "Nameless Gangster: Rules of the Time" (2012), and "The Spy Gone North" (2018), the latter of which won the Best Film award at the Blue Dragon Film Awards. His directorial style is marked by character-driven narratives, gritty realism, and a keen exploration of socio-political themes within the framework of Korean society.
