Yorgos Avgeropoulos

Celebrated Greek filmmaker Yorgos Avgeropoulos was born in 1971 in Athens, Greece and has been an active director since the late 1990s. Avgeropoulos primarily works within the genres of documentary and investigative journalism, with some of his most acclaimed films including "Exandas" and "The Lost Signal of Democracy" which have brought global issues to light.
