Desert Flippers - Season 3 Episode 9

A fire damaged home with a low price tag and high risk is on the market, and Lindsey and Eric seem to be the only ones willing to take on the challenge. What looks like a few charred walls turns out to be a much larger issue when major roof repairs are thrown in the mix, ballooning the costs and shrinking the profit. The flippers will have to make some hard decisions on design if they want to attract buyers while still staying under budget and on schedule.
