Zak reviews the rectory evidence, from the GA's visit in 2012 (Season 7). Since then, one of the caretakers grew stronger in faith. The other one was, and still is, vulnerable to demonic attacks and possessions. Also, since this episode was aired, various ghost-hunting groups tried to gain permission to enter the house. Most of them were denied of that chance and it is unknown how many of them did get permission in the end. The house itself, before the GA investigation, was not haunted as much. After that, it seems that paranormal activities in the house has increased in strength.
