Homes Under the Hammer - Season 1 Episode 12

Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts find a house just outside Exeter with a souvenir of the Second World War still in its walls; a piece of land near Sevenoaks in Kent which used to be a garden and could now become a row of houses; and a house divided into flats in St Leonard's-on-Sea that's ripe for some updating. These properties will be sold today at auction, and we'll find out who buys them, what they pay for them and what they're going to do with them.
