Jamie continues his quest for and versions of super foods, inspired by regions producing exceptionally many centennials, starting with a healthy breakfast demonstrating you can sin just enough for flavor without excessive calories by adding a single slice of bacon. Fresh fish stars in his first return visit to Costa Rica, now to an island on the Pacific coast, invited to a fishers family's weekly festive dinner with friends, then gives his own low-fat recipe for any fish. Off to the Japanese longevity-champion island Okinawa, cradle of karate, where the senior sensei hosts after class a dinner starring the staple food next to fish: not rice but sweet potato, which Jamie eagerly works into his own recipes for lean steak and Cesar salad.
