Jamie continues his quest for and versions of super foods, inspired by regions producing exceptionally many centennials, starting with a healthy breakfast starring fresh green stuff in a cheese-corn-batter. Freshly collected wild vegetables and especially herbs, which Greece cuisine champions, are daily staple food on Ikaria island, expert collection being passed on to the next generation like cooking with it. Jamie follows on horse back a Costa Rican cowboy trail and is inspired by their grilling and wealth of massively consumed fruits to spike drinks with mango and ginger designed to maximize water intake and avoid caloric-overdose soft-drinks and cooks lunch and diner starring fruit, especially citrus and the most nutritious nuts.
