Location: Holland A millionaire has hired V.E.N.O.M. to steal a machine that can cause ultra sonic vibrations. The millionaire wants to become vice president of the Netherlands, and if his demands are not met he will destroy all of Holland\’s dykes. He only wanted to bluff — too bad Mayhem never bluffs.
