In Charleston, you can't have a proper garden party without a potent punch. Whitney Sudler Smith hosts the festivities at his and his mama's urban plantation where things aren't as proper as one might hope. We meet our 6th-generation (at least) Southern Charmers in all their glory as they hit on women, roll their eyes at the guys who hit on women, drink profusely, and generally exercise bad judgment. One of them will take home a young beautiful society gal, and we will debate the age-old southern tome: Are you a Scarlett or are you a Melanie?
