Tell Me Your Secrets - Season 1 Episode 6

A new energy about Emma, determined to start over and be the person who will win back her daughter. She gives back the kitten she stole. She apologizes to Rose but now Rose knows she's lying about who she is so everything has changed. When Emma confides in Rose about Jess' death, Rose voices her fears that perhaps Emma was involved. Emma finally shows her true feelings for Tom and trusts him with the reveal of her daughter. It will be Tom who helps her move closer to the truth about Abel and the conspiracy at the heart of the town. Mary seeks confession for her sins and tries to call off the twisted relationship with John and cancelling his credit card. John seeks out the last of his family, his sister on her wedding day and tries to connect but she only compounds his disconnection with the world. Mary stares into her own abyss when she is banished from Theresa's swim hall, because of her exploitation of the Walkers, by the swim coach who represents so much of her daughter's success and offers a tangible link to her memory. But for Mary,'the end justifies the means and she must secure justice for her missing daughter. Emma's flashbacks to Theresa seem to support Mary's mission, suggesting Karen procured Theresa for her killer lover, Kit Parker. Mary must swallow everything she feels about John's past to keep him in pursuit of Karen Miller but she's about to discover that John knows far more about her than she does about him. And her world is about to fall apart again as she learns from police that her daughter's remains have been found in Minnesota. John moves further from his path of redemption. He believes Mary is to blame for pushing him back to his inner darkness. Mary has no idea of how far John has fallen and that he is now a huge risk to women again. Specifically to Emma who he finally comes face to face with.
