It was early 2016 when James Marsters and Mark Devine first conceived the concept for the beloved web series, ViDiOTS. James needed to prove to his wife that his passion for video gaming had a purpose and Mark needed an influx of cash. It would soon become apparent that their wish to make an easy buck off James' fame and Mark's humor was nothing but a pipe dream. In this short retrospective, we'll look at the twists and turns regarding the format and the relationship between the stars. It's a story of mime and addiction; conventions and gaming, but mostly it's a story about a true friendship between James and Mark.
