Nour is a cheerful and humorous individual employed as an accountant at a Parisian fitness center. Despite being well-liked by everyone, her romantic life suffers due to her being overweight and having unconventional looks. Her close friends offer her advice, but they too struggle with their own love lives. Her mother and brother are also nearby, but their involvement is more hindrance than help. One day, Nour observes a pole dancing class at her workplace, an activity she never imagined herself doing. However, she notices the joy it brings to the participants and their instructor, sparking her interest. Eventually, the instructor begins giving her private lessons, as Nour feels too self-conscious about her body to join a public class. Gradually, she builds self-confidence, leading to significant changes in her life.
